  • CHECK IN TIME IS: 12:00 Noon.  CHECK OUT TIME IS:  11:00 am
  •  Arrivals during daylight hours only, no arrivals after 5:00 pm or after dark as the season permits.
  • Rates are based on occupancy of two persons per site. Extra person charge is $5 per person per night.  Guests may visit a resort resident for a period of not more than fourteen (14) days in any twelve-month period
  • Monthly rent credit card surcharge: up to a 3.5% fee will apply on monthly rentals for credit/debit card payments.
  • Advance reservations can be made with a deposit. A specific site is not guaranteed with short term or seasonal reservations.  Specific sites are only guaranteed with an annual reservation.  Balance is due and payable in full upon registration.
  • One RV rig allowed per site plus up to 2 cars.
  • Trailers ie. Cargo trailers and boats are not allowed on RV sites.
  • October 1st thru March 31st- there are no refunds on cancellations for reservations during that period unless made BEFORE October 1st. There is a $50 cancellation fee if a reservation is cancelled over 30 days before the start date.  Within 30 days of the original start date there is no refund.
  • Rent paid is non-refundable after reservation start date. There are no refunds on unused rent, pro-rating or subleasing of sites.  The unused, paid portions of any site rent may not be gifted, willed or transferred for the use of any other than the registered guest of said site.
  • Any changes in rates policies and deposit refunds will be processed by Management in accordance with resort policy.
  • Dog Restrictions: 40# weight limit per dog, 2 dog limit.  Breeds not permitted:  Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Chow, German Shepherd, Wolf Hybrid, Doberman.
  • Resort facilities are smoke free.
